Moon World Resorts Inc., an architectural design firm based in Vancouver, is working on luxury and expensive building proposals.
It is estimated to cost US$5 billion. This equates to $6.5 billion in Canadian money.
Dubai news outlet Khaleeji Times reports The resort, called MOON, is expected to be over 200 meters high. The diameter of the giant celestial building will be about 198 meters.
With 4,000 luxury resort suites, the lunar resort is expected to generate $1.8 billion in annual revenue and 10 million annual guests if approved.
The company behind the project also vaguely boasts that each unit will include a “window to space.” We’re not entirely sure what this means, but these windows “provide the ability for guests to visualize anywhere they want to take their thoughts,” they say.
At least 144 private homes will also be sold. Buyers join the special event.
The rendering looks completely otherworldly.
Here, spherical buildings can be seen in Dubai’s exclusive and exclusive Palm Jumeirah area.
A smooth jazz piano lounge is also part of the design.
It looks like a huge convention center.
And a futuristic spa and wellness center that looks very green and serene in renderings.
Of course, there are also nightclubs that celebrate the nightlife of Hy Dubai. Made to look like an alien spaceship.
According to Moon World Resorts Inc., there are four MOON resorts in the pipeline to be developed in North America, MENA, Europe, and the Asia Pacific.
Moon World Resorts said in a comment on Instagram that the project is expected to be completed by 2026-2027 if construction starts this year.
